Returns Policy
Since everything we print is custom (i.e. your name, your photos, your contact info, etc.), once it is printed it is NOT returnable or refundable. That is why it is absolutely essential that when you receive proof of your artwork (prior to printing) that you proof every single line of text, especially names, phone numbers and addresses. If you APPROVE your artwork and give us the Go Ahead to Print your order, there will be NO refund after the work is printed.
However, should the mistake be the result of OUR error or an error made by our vendors (i.e. poor print quality, product damaged during shipping) we will be happy to reprint your order at our cost. There are no refunds made under any circumstance, only reprinting as necessary.
Shipping
Shipping by ground is included in the price of each order. In the case of rush shipping, you will need to pay the difference in cost, via prearrangement with a representative of Umbrella Graphics, LLC.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the print schedule of our vendors and the delivery schedule of our shipping agent. Keep in mind, turnaround estimates are based on WORKING BUSINESS DAYS. Weekends and holidays will extend turnaround time. We also have no control over unforeseen shipping delays due to weather or other acts of God.
