"Mailing List" Postcard Pricing
The "Mailing List Program" is for when you have a mailing list and you want to use your stamps and address labels to send to your database. If you have MORE than 350 addresses, you may want to use our mailing service to address and mail your postcards (more information below).
The prices below INCLUDE artwork and shipping/delivery. The prices are ROUNDED off to the closest printing price break. If you are ordering less than 500 postcards, you can order in an exact amount. If you are ordering more than 500, you must place an order for the price breaks listed below.
Print Specifications: The size of the postcards is 8-1/2" wide by 5-1/2" tall. For quantities of less than 500, we use full color digital printing on both sides of 110# gloss cover. For quantities of more than 500, we use traditional offset printing, full color both sides, printed on 14# gloss cover with high gloss coating.
Turnaround Time: For quantities of less than 500, it takes 1 business day for art, 2 business days for printing, and 2 business days to ship to you or to the mailing service. For quantities more than 500, add an additional 3 business days.

STEP 2: Add the printing cost to your mailing cost.
You have two options for sending out your postcards. Choose your option below and calculate the cost using the formula provided.
Method 1: Mail it yourself.
n this case, the postcards would be shipped to you and you would use your own address labels and first class stamps (.58 cents each) to mail your postcards. This method is affordable if you have a mailing list with 200 addresses or less. But if you have 350 or more, the cost to mail it yourself is nearly the same as using the Mailing Service.
Formula 1: Multiply the number of addresses by .58 cents = Your Cost.
(For example: 350 addresses times .58 cents = $203.00)
Method 2: Use the Mailing Service.
In this case, the postcards would be shipped to the mailing service and they would use their Washington State Bulk Rate Permit to process and mail your postcards. You qualify for Bulk Rate processing if you have 200 or more addresses on your list. If you have a mailing list with 350 addresses or more, your cost to use the mailing service is about the same as if you mail them yourself.
Formula 2: Multiply the number of addresses by .35 cents, plus an $85 Processing Fee = Your Cost.
(For example: 350 addresses times .35 cents, plus $85 = $207.50)
